1 year Gap after graduation

I completed my B.Com(H) this year (june 2013) and i am preparing for MA eco entrance of DSE, ISI, JNU, MSE etc of 2014. Does having a gap of 1 year affect my chances of admission in any of the above ? like does any college have an "only fresh graduates" policy ?

just clear the entrance, no 1 give preference to fresh graduates
