If job is ur primary interest after masters...then go for it! Envi eco is more towards research

Environment economics is on the rise in scope both in research and placements.
 I would suggest that you go directly for actuarials in place of actuarial economics, because that has better jobs.

Get yourself registered with IAI and pass some of their papers along with the actuarial course at MSE.
