If I completed my grad last year and taking admission in gokhale this year, do I need to submit any gap year certificate ? And is my last year character, provisional and migration certificate still valid? Ps i didn't join any university in this gap year.

Hey I also have a gap year... but I think the college issues provisional and migration certificate only once... I don't think it's a big deal... but now that u have asked this , its better to get confirmation

Still SAU. SAU is more reputed than GIPE.

If you are aiming for placements, gipe is anyday better than sau.
One of my senior studies in sau. She said that there is no placement opportunities in sau(mainly because of the course that they offer- development economics . But if you're aiming for higher studies sau is definitely better.

Yes i called them up and asked. They don't need a character certificate. Migration and provisionàl certificate are still valid.
However, the person on the call said it would be better to submit a gap year certificate which can be self attested.

I think they were supposed to send new calls today as in the last iteration, the last date to pay the fees was 17th july.
