why you need solution manual when answers are provided in it itself above every question... ??

That is somehow make sense for those who already has economics background but my case this is my first course in economics and some of the reasons are kind of abstract which cannot be found in normal textbook (needs more explanation of some tips in order to solve faster).

Are some answers of the intermediate microeconomics test bank wrong ? I was checking out a few questions in there and say Question 2.2, (on page 3 of the pdf),  I thought the equation would be simple (11*6)+4b=(3*6)+8b giving b=12, and the budget would turn out to be (11*6)+(4*12)=114.
However the right answer is given to be option A, 115. Am I doing something wrong here? (Or something else is going on?)
