Circular Probability doubt !!!

Five Men and three women are to sit around a circular table. If they chose their positions at a random. What is the probability that no two women are adjacent?

  a) 1/7 c) 2/7  b) 1/9 d) 2/9

And could you tell some source jahan se circular probability samajh aa jaye ?
I know the basic formula , but when it comes to such ques , Iam not able to decide how to go about it. Please guide.

In circular prob total no of ways is n-1!
5 men can be arranged in 4! ways..now 3 women can be seated in 5P3 ways
so (5p3*4!)/7!=2/7
yaar..i did it from an IIt book/cat book..if you have any cat book go through prob in that ...u'll get it :)

Your explanation seems right. But Iam not confident about this topics as such.
I have arun Sharma for quant , but circular permutation usmein achhi tarah se nahi diya hai. Do you know any internet source for the explanation , where I can get practice examples ?
