Can anyone please explain the solution for Q 37 of the 2006 paper?? I'm kinda confused about the answer.....pleaseeee

to find the vertical asymptotes set denominator =0 ==> x=0 ==> y axis is the vertical asymptote.

oblique asymptote:
(x^2+2x-1)/x
= x+2 - (1/x)
when x --> infinity the above function tends to x+2 ==> y=x+2 is the other asymptote.

so option c
