47 question, according to amit sir's key answer is A) shifts up, whereas DSE answer key it is given C)shifts left. Please check this.

Sir is probably estimating the first cut off only.

Also, didn't you say those excess seats were given to merit category students or did I misinterpret something you had said along those lines once.

If you could shed light on that it'd be nice, from rank 60-75 I'm guessing there is a non insignificant difference in Marks.
