Difference b/w Financial Economics & Applied Quantitative Finance

What is the difference b/w FE & Aqf offered by MSE??
The course content seems quite similar to me(as outlined in the website). Anyone having any idea about the root difference b/w the two and future prospects of taking up each of these courses then please enlighten.
