I want to cross check my answers to the following ques:
first part: By method of moments: θ_cap = 2(X_bar)
By MLE: θ_cap= Max{Xi}

2nd part: By MoM: θ_cap = k/(1-Y_bar)
By MLE: θ_cap = k/(1-Y_bar)
(I am mostly sceptical about my ans to second part)
