It is nothing different from other entrances. Follow the same Varian and Dornbush or Mankiw. There are a few sample papers, have a look at them, you'll be able to judge better.

what about blanchard? Can i prepare from that book.

Blanchard is even better. Ofcourse you can easily work from there.
Merit, I am not very sure coz they do not release scores. But, it's usually low for Agri. I mean a lot of seats go vacant in that course, so that is pretty easy to get.
Difficulty level isnt very high. Close to CUCET. Have a look at the model papers, you will get a very good idea. :)
