i mailed them and sent the cancellation form arnd 15th july

which all documents did you courier ?

i got a mail today where they asked me to send the pre-receipt. And according to the pre-receipt on their site it is something i should send only after receiving the refund. really confused.

Hi,

I sent the Bank challan (original copy) and the refund application form on the website. Yes,I think pre-receipt has to be sent after getting the refund. Did you reply to their mail?

Has anybody else got a refund? I haven't got any update from them yet! :(

i got a call today, saying they will be sending a cheque through speed post instead of rtgs.

you should expect a call in the next  couple days

They called me about 2 weeks ago and said they will be sending a cheque by speed post. I haven't received it yet. I mailed them too but there is no reply as of now.

Did anybody get the cheque by speed post?
