Does anyone know if the final selection for IGIDR is basis both entrance test+ interview or only the interview scores?

I guess the list is according to the Application form number.

I don't think so at all. I have verified with around 20 or so people. The marks and the relative ranks fit in perfectly. There isn't a single outlier.

Then the "guess" word rightly fits here :)
