IGIDR and JNU second list

Hey guys,
Is there any chance that IGIDR and JNU will release a second list ?

IGIDR has started calling people who were not selected for firstlist and waitlist, there is no second list that they have posted. JNU may post its second list by 4 August, the last date for paying fees is 31 July.
