Hi isi dse aspirant. A senior of mine had got a chance into both ISI and DSE like you, though he chose DSE over IsI but then he was of regrets for not joining ISI after his first year at DSE. And one simple reason he gave me was that ISI has everything that DSE gives but DSE lacks a lot that only ISI can give. So I guess ISI would be a better bet.
