Somehow I got through!!
I consider myself really lucky as I barely made it though part B because of the low cutoffs. I couldn't have had more than 25 there.

Does ISI give 50% weightage to interview and 50% to entire written? Or 33% each to part A, B and interview?

I think it is 75% exam, 25% interview.

I don't think your graduation scores matter so much. Your performance in the exam and the interview are the most important factors that determine the admission decision.
