ISI final marks

While taking into account the merit ranking for admission to MSQE at ISI, how much weight-age is given to  written paper & how much to the interview?

Also, in written exam, are the marks of maths paper counted in final tally for ranking? I heard maths paper is like a preliminary cut-off. Only when you clear it they check your economics paper. So is it that in final ranking only economics marks are counted?

Also what are the cut-offs like for economics now that the new version of the PEB paper will contain 30 questions as well ?
