 Can you please clear my doubt?

ISI comes under ministry of statistics. So while filing RTI online whether we will select the concerned dept. as ministry of statistics or not?

This is because there is no option of choosing ISI in the online application.

Read the section 4, Admission procedure of the prospectus -  Their past academic records may also be taken into account for this purpose.

Yaar if that's the case then they should explicitly mention it with the shortlisting criteria regarding the ideal acdemic record they are looking for. Nonetheless, i do not feel that this could be the reason for our rejection at least at the preliminary stage of admission process.
