If someone takes admission but never attends the institute again for classes bcoz he took admission some other place, will that seat be made available for the next student ?? Or it will be left blank?

Because if it is, then this is a real waste and i pray to those who have got in multiple universities please do not take admission everywhere and waste the seats for the next ones in line. if you have cleared a lot of entrances , choose one and take admission at just that institute. Its not really wise to book the seats everywhere just like that thus marring the hopes of the other candidates. Hoping to receive that much sensibility from you friends.
