@ saurabh...accha that problem of dx/dt=x^2-x..is it only considering the eqn only? 3 parts were there  i)x is -ve, ii) x belongs to 0,1  iii) x is +ve.....so it is just check da eqn only...what do you think?

rate of change of x wrt t  is a function of x.
now when this function( of x) is positive  then x increase with t and vice versa.
now find the interval where x^2-x is positive and negative and answer accordingly.
