ab<cd this imples a/c < d/b if and only if (c>0 and b>0) or (c<0 and b<0)

   ΔY/Y  = s/c...........(i)

where c is capital output ratio, c= K/Y and s is savings rate
 so K = cY
     ΔK = c ΔY

from i we get c=5
Hence Answer (c)
