how come median weight is avg of C;s and E's weight ???

shudnt it be D's weight?

when there are 7 observations... shudnt the 4 th one be the median??????????

YOU ARE CORRECT...the answer to it is none of the above i.e (d)...so def not avg of c and e's weights..

Take some examples and verify like 45 50 55 60 65 70
here the median weight is 57.5 which is also avg of b's and e's weights!!!
