hey tell me what wrong with this:

For A10,

X = 10             30
TC= 10            20
AC=  1              0.66

MC= (TC2-TC1)/(X2-X1)= 0.5

Since MC cuts AC from below and at its minimum. So when AC is minimum, AC=MC. Since they are not equal right now and AC is falling, AC will keep falling and MC will keep rising till they both are equal ..

MC should be > 0.5

for A 23, I am getting 535?? You just have to sum the infinte GP, right?

for B9, shouldnt it be :

change in India's RER = india's ER + trading partner's inflation rate -domestic inflation rate ??

sincce R = ePf/P

Re: JNU Questions,

aastha
@ vaibhav :

since Ac is falling then we are before the point minAC=MC . . before this point MC will be first decreasing and then increasing . . .draw the diagram u ll understand

for perpetuity question
Mkt value = 35/1.07 +35/(1.07)sq + 35/(1.07)cube +...........................
              = 1/(1.07) {35 + 35/1.07 + 35/1.07^2 +....................}
              =1/1.07 ( its a GP with a = 35 and r =1/1.07)
calculate it from here u ll get it as 500 . . .option b

n ya you are with that real ER question . . my apologies :)
