Does anyone know about the procedure of hostel allotment in JNU. The first date for registration is 21st July. So after getting the admission folio, will I be allotted the hostel accommodation on the same day or does it take time. What do outstation candidates usually do in such scenarios?
Inputs from someone familiar with insider workings of JNU would be greatly appreciated.

The pre-enrollment form is out. What do they mean by 'Ex' in "Alternative contact details of Person in case of any Ex"?

when are we supposed to go for admission is it on 18 (as per the pre enrollemnt form) or 21 (as per offer letter)?
I wont be able to get my provisional before 21st what am I suppposed to do?
