Please someone help how to proceed with que 70-75.

70. You just check out the value of 2000 after the 2 years whether it is greater than or less than the 2500.
So 2000 after 2 years (compounded annually) would be (2000*1.125)*1.125>2500....so it is better to repay after 2 years.
