JNU SSS AND SIS help !

Hi,
What is the scope of both of the courses offered by JNU... and which one is better of the two ??

both have their own merit , SIS course is more job ready and is analogous to applied economics.

SSS have got legacy. My professor suggests to prefer SSS over SIS
SSS course is more research oriented than the other one .

Also the faculty of SSS is ohsum, don't know much about SIS's.
