JNU (World Eco) Review

Rain Man
Hi All .. So how was the examination ..

I attempted 22 .
Expecting a huge cut-off.

Is it that the students from Eco background alone were eligible to take the exam.

ohh shitt haha, you mean I sat there for 90 minutes for nothing !!

I am an engineering grad, and yeah the paper was simple.. , was actually wondering about the paper. Why have so simple paper, so less questions and so so much time !! I was wondering how the hell they are going to select, there'll be hell lotta people who would do all 25 correct.

Found sth out -

Eligibility
The eligibility for programme is a Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Mathematics / Statistics / Physics / Engineering under the 10+2+3 pattern of education with at least 50% marks in aggregate and with either Mathematics or Statistics as a subject.

Its on the website :

no seriously Its a think to think about .... how ARE they going to select .. when they have only 20 seats to go for and lets suppose there are more than 20 who have done all Qs right ? I am sure this is not an assumption...

Would past academic performance also count?

Also Rainman, the link seems to be old, not updated, the link have format of the paper which was there 2 years back... I looked in this years Prospectus, and there Engineering is not mentioned !!!! hahah

I completely agree , the paper was below standard, what's the use of making such an easy paper? waste of effort......
