Are student and parent affidavit the same doc files downloadable from JNU admissions' site?

well you just need to enter your registration number in the site and you will get the confirmation letter, other documents (enclosure, affidavit - one by parents, another by student on non-judicial stamp paper of 10 bucks). the instructions will be mentioned there accordingly.
