See.. If you prefer to stay in delhi, clearly, you are left with Jamia and SAU. I would strongly recommend you to join SAU, as you would be studying economics from PhDs from universities like ISI, Univ. of california, Univ. of Notre Dam, McMaster univ, DSE etc. Also, the experience of writing a dissertation during the last two semesters would be a unique experience giving you a good exposure. Apart from that, interacting with students and faculties coming from different countries of South Asia is amazing. Obv. at the end of the day, its your own decision. All the best.
