dont know. i thought it should be "either +1 or -1"
but then it also has 1^∞  form. this got me confused.

I thought u will find it for n being an even no. and odd no. so should be two cases after using l'hopitol.

The answer will be either -1 or +1 for sure..its all depend upon what value we take for the expression (-1)^∞....

Ans is Limit of the sequence does not exist.
(Please read the definition of limit of a sequence.)

hi shanks!
put n=1,2,3 ..
and check. you get
-1/2,2/3,-3/4,4/5 ...
you can also roughly plot these points on the number line.
they do not converge to any finite limit
