MSE result 9th june

Will they be releasing only the scores on 9th?
Or the cut off's as well?
Does it make any sense to sit for GIPE if we get through MSE?

As far as I understand they would release a rank list on 9th. And cutoffs will be decided on the spot on the counselling day depending on how many students show up. As they don't know our preferences yet, there is no way that they can release a cut-off.

So guessing by the number of seats available, we can get an idea if we will get our preferred course or not. Hey MSE is better than GIPE right?
