Which one of the following statements is FALSE?
Interest on pubic debt is not a part of

(D) - i suppose interest on public debt don't constitute any new production. its simply the interest payment the public gets for the money it loans to the government so that it can meet its consumption and administrative expenditure. Therefore, it forms the disposable income of the private sector but not the national income.
