Because:
1st person can take any of the 6 doors
2nd person can take any of 5 remaining doors(because all have to their different doors as mentioned in question)
3rd person can take any of remaining 4 doors
4 the person can take any of remaining 3 doors only

So, by multiplication rule, its 6*5*4*3=360
