Please Help! DSE form problem

I am trying to upload Photo ID proof in doc/pdf format after scanning the image but the file size is coming between 80-93 kb. they need <20 kb file. Confused about what to do. Please help!

Whatsapp the pic to your friend and tell them whatsapp it back.Size will be less than 20kb.
