Hello friends!
I gave the DSE entrance in June, 2013 (with just one month preparation of all 4 subjects!) and (as you expected,) I failed. I had only one-two month time because i had to pass my B.Com. finals. Now, I have dropped 1 year and have studied sincerely and am sure that I can crack DSE. But, as the site of the ISI, as well as some other posters here say, the MSQE is not meant for the B.Com. students, though when I called ISI itself, they told that an B.Com. student is eligible, so am really keen to enter ISI. Now, I don't know that how to prepare and what to follow for the ISI. What I have done till now: Math: Simon and Blume, Stats: SC Gupta, VK Kapoor Micro: Nicholson.,Snyder's Microeconomic Theory Macro: Blanchard(Complete) and Branson's 1st 9 chapters. What else should I do to crack ISI? Please help as ISI is real nightmare for me . Is ISI entrance really tougher than DSE's? |
