If Roger has not accepted Jones' offer, Roger has not entered into the contract. The fact is that Roger has not accepted Jones' offer. Therefore Jones' will not win the lawsuit. (R, L,P,J,A) E. If Brown entered into the contract, or if Brown received substantial benefits from acts performed by Smith, Brown will not win the lawsuit.
