Query regarding Numericals

PM
I'm a Physics graduate self-studying/ preparing for the DSE/ ISI entrances. The problem I'm facing is that certain books (Bernanke, Nicholson/Snyder, Freund etc.) either don't have solutions to any of the numericals or only the odd-numbered problems are solved. As a result, I've absolutely no way of knowing whether I'm doing them right. Also, because, I've got no one to guide me in this aspect, so I was wondering what my fellow examinees would suggest.
Thanks!

I think you should ask on the forum, at which question you are stuck.

By the way, I am really sorry to say that the books you mentioned, don't have online solution manuals available.

But, which books I follow now, from 2014 onward, possess solutions! They are Jehle-Reny for micro, Blanchard for macro, and DeGroot for stats.

If you are interested in these books, I can provide solution manual links. Please reply.

This post was updated on .
Very nice, P., also, Ron(whatever numbers after it!)

P, I think, as you are physics UG, I assume you have enough math under your belt and you will not have to struggle with math involved in Jehle-Reny as well as DeGroot.

Now come to the point:

Blanchard (4th edition) (I can find only 4th edition book at online shopping sites as well the solution for that edition only!):Blanchard 4 ed. sol.

DeGroot: Solution to DeGroot 3rd ed.(This will surely work with 2nd and 4th ed.)

Jehle_reny: Go to http://alfred.objectis.net/, then log in.(I am not sure about if you will have to log-in or not.)Then, MOST OF THE SOLUTIONS are here. And you can enjoy, the book. Not still happy?  REST OF THE SOLUTIONS are here.

Also, Varian's Intermediate Microeconomics contains solutions "inbuilt"! Its workbook is inevitable and solution is FREELY AVAILABLE ON THIS FORUM.

Enjoy!(Also, if any link is not working, please reply! I will upload it on my own.)

Yes, for sure! The e-book is here.

But please note that you have to be very good at math, at least first 4 parts of Simon and Blume, though it is not that inevitable. But be sure to grasp complete appendix behind the book, it covers mathematical topics so nicely, that you will gain many new intuitions for your already learnt topics.
Then you are in the microeconomic sky, just to fly high, and see the beautiful world!

I still warn you though against this book as you have just 4-5 months left. Please see the complete e-book, and decide for yourself. This book is really advanced and you just need Varian's Intermediate Microeconomics level for entrances and you will learn J-R at your masters. Do not get lost in this big math-micro book, please.
