i saw the course structure. it seemed pretty impressive.
but given the fact that it is private, what are the scopes after doing masters from this place.
how have been the placements in particular, if anyone knows?
Hi, this is a good place. It's new, but students have done well. There have been placements at Axis Bank, Dell, Bank of America, Trivitron, McKinsey etc Internships have also been offered by ISB Hyderabad, PWC, IDF, Nomura, Times of India-Business Times etc
Scope for higher studies is also good. Students have got offers from Cornell, Columbia, Stoney Brooks, PennState, UCL, University of California at Riverside etc.
All in all, it is a good program. Demanding and rewarding.
The M.Sc. (Economics) course has tuition fees of Rs. 200000 for four semesters. The
hostel charges for two years is around Rs. 160000
count for yourself
Hi, the stipend is paid to all the students admitted. Also, all students admitted will get a fee waiver of 75%, this means that Rs. 50,000 will be payable. This is also contingent on your GPA. One has to maintain a GPA of 6 at the end of year 1. The hostel feel is payable in full.
Approximately 50-60k including hostel, tution fees , laundry , mess but the comdition is you have to get 6CGPA & above. In the current batch everyone has 6+ CGPA
Hi, you will get a stipend of INR 12,000 for 20 months, so that's INR 2,40,000. Then, INR 1,60,000 will be the hostel charges for 4 semesters. Food charges are around INR 3,500 per month (of course this is not payable for holidays both summer and winter). One pays for food for approx 16 months. So 16*3.5 k. Laundry is around 3k per year. The security deposit paid at time of admission is refunded at the completion of course. Ultimately you will be spending negligible amount from your pocket. Yes, you have to maintain CGPA of 6, which is not very tough.
