Suggestion on MDAE

Hi all
Today i got a call from Meghanad Desai Academy of Economics. Should i join that institute or not. Someone please guide me. Share your views and what would you all do in a similar situation.

Hey! We had a class presentation by a representative of MDAE in our college. To our luck, our professor decided to attend it as well. She raised a few questions about the credibility of the degree and whether it is UGC recognized or not. The representative mentioned that the institution is not UGC recognized and they offer on campus placements since they have ties with the top corporate but we were not really convinced with the credibility of the degree they are offering. He also did not seem to have a clear answer to who is on the advisory board and who will take decisions for the institute.
It is highly likely that you might be placed on campus but future prospects with this degree are questionable.
Choose wisely since it is not at all cheap and it's the first batch so we don't know what might happen.

Yes there was all the three but Entrance was too easy and interview was a general interview.

Thanks a lot A. The recognition of the institute is mentioned in the website well.  And yes they always have this line that we have our contacts and we will get you placed and will provide you internship and all.

is it a masters in economics? Their website just says a post graduate programme in economics..

Yes it is not exactly a masters degree..
