Q1. So, I see you've worked for two years. Why economics?
Q2. Asked about work at a previous internship.
Q3. Say you have water, and diamond. Why is the price of diamond higher even though water is required for survival and diamonds are not? (The conversation was centered around utilities by then, and they were looking for a utility driven explanation)
Q4. Something about the recession of 2008, and some financial terms.
Q5. I see you've done a course in psychology, have you read "***" book? (I said I have no idea about any book whatsoever, nor did I particularly like that course.)

As you can see, this has very little eco because my background didn't have any eco in it. They were friendly and were encouraging. I heard another interview story of a person with an eco background. He wasn't asked any general questions. He was straight away asked to plot log (|x|), along with a question each from micro, macro and econometrics.
Yet another guy had his interview about RBI policies, repo rates, and Raghuram Rajan's moves.

I guess no one approach works for anyone. It's a very varied question base. Hope that helped.
