please recommed a microeconomics book which is more mathematically oriented. I have heard of snyder and nicholson in this regard. Any recommendations ?

This book is used in UG level at Calcutta University. I hvnt read so can't tell u anything....
BTW Why you are asking ?? U r in MSE?

Thanks viv. I've joined econometrics at madras university. Just figured out that Henderson and Quandt is there in the reading list for MSE too.

Could you pls tell me where I can download modern microeconomics by koutsoyiannis.

what about the book by R S Bhardwaj ? Is it any good ?

Yeah! it's very elementary but you can use that.. what matters is your understanding of concepts.. Book has examples too so u can refer it but along with that read Hammond and Chiang too..
 I used all 3 books...

@Tanu :Earlier, I suggested you Mascollel for Micro. Little Modification I want to make...
Nicholson, Jehle Renny and Mascollel. You can refer these books.. I have written in the order of toughness..
