calculators in dse exam

the info booklet by dse says that simple non scientific calculators are allowed.. but all previous year papers say that they are not allowed... so wat is it then?? any idea??

Yes, even I saw that! Important thing is that if its allowed from this year, we can expect some changes in the paper to accommodate the change.
