Q19: 1/2 and 1/2. it is a question based on hotelling's location model.
Q20. it must 2 as only then the return from the new asset will be higher than both the other types of asset available in the market and people will buy it despite lower return in 1st period than the private bond.
i am not sure about Q20, but confident about Q19.
