That's incorrect. If the endowment is at (b), equilibrium does not exist.

My mistake. If the endowment is at C, I should've said. Thank you for the correction Sir.

Sir, this was one of the questions given. Can you please help with the answer? They have given it as option b. I thought it should've been c though.
Thank you.

Even I marked the answer option (D). I think we should write to Dse about it.

As far as I know DSE people are quite flexible and accommodating  and will not let anything wrong be done to the students. I sent them a mail at dept@econdse.org

Re: dse 2016 answer key

Last year too they had erroneously missed out a girls name in the merit list and had instead of her someone else's name so when this girl pointed it out then DSE not only considered her for admission (even after all lists were over) but also did not nullify the admission of the other guy whose name had appeared as a mistake.

So I am sure that if we all write to them they may consider our case too. No harm in trying we can always take chances

for 15 b part is correct, see the production fnctn carefully,if any of the households stops investing in capital then there production will become 0 as capital will become 0 in the next period, so both will still invest in capital
