from where to read these topics

can someone please tell me from where can I read the following topics.  A place where these topics are explained in a simple and concise way. (I don't want a detailed explanation at this juncture):

1) method of least squares.
2) Minimum Variance Unbiased Estimator.
3) concavity and convexity.

e-source would be most preferred.

N for 3rd I also need help...Also from where to read quasiconcavity n Quasiconvexity I tried A.c Chiang but still not clear...
