Rev=Q*P
P=100-2Q (this is the demand)

also, MR=100-4Q=20
So, Q=4
and P= 60 (from demand)


elasticity =dQ/dP*P/Q

dQ/dP=-1/2 (of demand)

elasticity= -1/2*60/5=-6

i solved this the same way n got -.25. but the options given in the ques r 1, 1.5, 2 and 2.5.

 Q is cmg out to be 40.

So elastiicty=-(1/2)*(60/20)

=-1.5

Exact way is ((10000/9600)^4)-1
But it gives 17.8%


Or if you just do simple interest, you can do 4*((10000/9600)-1)
Which gives 16.7%

I think ans is d
