Yes, that is correct. As far as I could understand, the reason 47 (instead of 63ish people last year) were called for the interviews at ISI D is because there seems to be a capacity constraint at the Delhi campus this year. Last year 27 people got admission offer, I am guessing 20ish people from the ISI D interviews will get offer from the Delhi campus, and 6/7 people will be sent to ISI K.
My interview panel prof said this, just after I sat down for the interview - "There may be three outcomes from today. 1. You get an admit at the Delhi Campus, 2. You get an admit from the Kolkata campus, which means ONLY that there is a capacity constraint here, and NOTHING else, 3. You get no admit."
