latest MSE notification

MSE has emailed that fees must be deposited on the 30th of July by 10.30 am. However, I will arrive at chennai on the 31st. Is anyone else facing the same problem?

I will reach there on 30th night. I hv sent her a mail to allow us to deposit fees on 30th and 31st as well. Every college gives 2-3 days to pay the fees. We were told to come on 1st Aug. we all are going a day before.. then why they always do nonsense things..

I urge all the Mseites to shoot a mail to give at least 2 days 30th & 31st to pay our fees. If we all send her a mail I am sure they will understand..

I thnk dey 4gt der r 31 days in july :-P even I've sent mail asking dem to allow us to pay on july 31/aug 1. Btw do u kno if we have to pay the entire 45000 hostel fees on day 1 or juz 5000?

These MSE people have gone crazy. I just called them and told them that my plane will be landing at 11.20 am 30th July , so whether 1 hour delay would be allowed ( considering that more than 150 students would be coming for registration ) . She bluntly told me that Iam in economics and I should know that when my plane will land at 11.20 then , I will not be able to reach at 10.30 am .  And then she said , " You have to report at 10.30 am , that's it . In case of any issue send an email to admission committee " . This is insane !

And they also asked for the transfer certificate. Anjali, do you hve one? Because it takes over a week minimum to get it from DU.

Iam from DU , so the provisional I have got has got written on it : provisional cum transfer cum conduct . At the time of counselling I was asked to show the transfer certificate . So I told them that it's all in one . She agreed and didn't counteract . Won't it be sufficient ?
Now one of my friends , called MSE and asked to connect her to Ms. Sudha Bhaskaran. She talked to her and told her that she has got her flights booked for 31st , so won't be able to come on 30th . That mam agreed and penned down her details ( name and course ) .

I just had a talk with her , she noted down my name and department and asked me to send a mail to them .
Do you know at which address are we supposed to send the mail ?

Anjali, that's what I thought of the Transfer Certificate as well. Because colleges keep our provisional(which in our case is also the transfer certificate) with them. Have you applied for migration certificate though?

Iam planning to apply for it atleast . But I won't be getting it before 31st I guess. So I will be taking original PC there .

I will apply for it as well, but won't get it before 31st. But I'm pretty sure they want to retain the certificate we already have and not the migration one.
And yeah, I talked to her. She was freakingly blunt and rude..was like the admission committee decided for the date to be July 30th, so we should submit our fees as is asked in the mail or else send the mail to em saying you are reaching on 31st and disconnected.
