u will have to ask from ur college administrative dept...

you cannot get it now. it will be given to u along with your final year marksheet after you have cleared your final year.

congrats for gokhale.
one of my friends made it to the uni last year.
and she got her migration certificate after 2 months or so.( after the final year results were out )
so, i dnt think they will be so rigid regarding that,.
its better you phone them once and get all your doubts cleared.
