could any one please solve and explain these question

Q1: There are 10 candidates for each Lok Shabha seat,Suppose the law restricts an individual to stand from at most 2 constituencies .
(1) What is the sample space?

(2) Candidates are agitating that they be allowed to stand from more than 2 constituencies .How may constituencies must  a candidate stand from in order that the probability of his being elected is 0.8.

(3) Can all candidates raise their probability of winning to 0.8?


Q2: It is observed that persons shooting at the target in firing range hit the bull's eye with probability 1/4 .Among the following,events which would you expect to be more likely:

Event E:one person hits the bull's eye at least once in four tries.
or Event F: Two persons ,simultaneously firing at separate target, hits the bull 'eye at the same time ,at least once in 10 tries.

For your answer use any of the following information which you find necessary:
37/64=0.58; 81/256=0.32; 1/16=.06; (0.94)^10= 0.524; (0.94)^20=0.275
