q6. it is the same one as DSE boy-girl: Pr (a child is girl/ whr other one is girl)=1/3...so other one is boy = (1-1/3)=2/3=4/6

I think the gambler experiment follows binomial distribution. Expected payoff = m(3/4)

m has to be a positive integer since it represents number of trials. When the gambler is unsuccessful, he earns 0 and 2^n for every n successful trial.

thus, m(3/4) = 3 only works in this case.

This is a guess. Please correct me if i am wrong.
